The jump rings are attached to earwires that are Lead-free, Nickle-free, and Cadmium-free. They also include a clear backing.
As long as they are treated with care they will last. If they are tugged or pulled on you will risk ripping them from the ear wires. Please treat with proper care so that they will last!
