Refund policy

Please review your order carefully before processing. Once your order is processed and paid I cannot refund it for any reason. The one and only exception for refunds is if an item over sells. In the case an item oversells I will fill the orders processed FIRST and refund any that oversell.

All sales are final and there are NO returns. 

I'm NOT responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package(s) have been turned over to USPS or any other carrier.

In the case that there is a seller error, these will be refunded/corrected, I do take photos of all products before they ship for shop protection. If you find an issue with your product you must contact me within two (2) calendar days of receiving the package based on tracking information. These are handmade items and I check for quality before listing and shipping, as stated above I am not responsible for the package once it is handed over to USPS, nor do I process refunds. All delicate items are carefully packaged to protect them during the shipping process in regards to normal handling. There is a claims process for lost, stolen, or damaged packages through each carrier. However, with that being said still please reach out to me with any concerns!
