Shipping policy

For items that are finished, shipping and processing will be 1-3 business days after the order is PAID.

All custom orders will be agreed upon on a case by case base between me and the customer. Processing time to make items vary on a numerous things to include material availability and other custom orders. 

Shipping is a flat $5.50 for the USA. This includes packaging and handling. 

Live outside the USA? Just message me so I can fulfill your order through package weight and address, and will invoice you so that shipping is fully covered. 

I'm not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package(s) have been turned over to USPS. Please contract USPS with any issues using your tracking number from your order. (See more information under Refund Policy)

Combined Shipping: At this time I will NOT combine shipping once the order is processed. Unfortunately, I get charged to many fees both ways (yes, even with the refund) to refund your shipping. However, I can add items to your current order so you don't pay double shipping! Please send me a message if you forgot something in your order and your it has not shipped yet. I do my best to accommodate my customers when it is feasible. 

Local Pick-Up / Delivery: There is the option for Local Pick-Up and Delivery at check-out. However, this is very limited based on our busy schedules. 

Why I charge shipping: There is a lot of factors that go into shipping costs, including the shipping fee itself, which just keeps inflating. The weight, size, and zone always factor into this cost and the price can jump from $4.50 to over $10.00 very easily. The main reason is I do my best to make sure each order is packaged securely, so that is where the handling fee comes in. The weight of the items, boxes, paper shreds, and any other items that go into packaging your items securely. A flat rate is the easiest way for me to give the average customer a savings on shipping. As a one person shop, I am unable to put the logistics involved for a lower shipping on small items, like snap clips, and my shipping is meant to benefit the average customer who orders a few items, heavier, or bigger items.
