This is a custom made size to fit a 30mL spray bottle, specifically doTERRA's On Guard Hand Sanitizer, doTERRA's TerraShield or any Blend you've created with the empty bottles that can be purchased from their website.
These are now sewn and then glued to make sure they are extra sturdy.
If you want to add on items to your keychain please message me for a custom order. I can easily add bows tassles, appliques, and depending on the material iron on vinyl.

I can even switch out the Keychain; however, I can NOT switch the eyelets.
This item can handle some wear and tear. The lifespan will depend on how much care is given or not given by the user. Mine has lasted several months so far on my purse that I toss in and out of my car without care. Again, there are no guarantees on the lifespan of these.
